Version 2026-06-02 · Effective 2 June 2026
Important limitations on what TenderTrust is and is not.
1. Not a government authority
TenderTrust is an independent technology platform. It is not a department of state, municipality, or regulator unless explicitly stated in a written partnership. Content published by government users remains their responsibility.
2. Not legal or procurement advice
Information on the platform is for operational and transparency purposes only. It does not constitute legal, financial, or procurement advice. Issuers and bidders must obtain professional advice to comply with PFMA, PPPFA, PPADA, Zimbabwe procurement regulations, or other applicable rules.
3. Accuracy of listings
We do not warrant that tender descriptions, deadlines, budgets, or award outcomes are complete or error-free. Users should verify critical details through official channels before relying on them for contractual commitments.
4. Third-party links and data
Reference links, news feeds, maps, and external datasets may be provided for convenience. We are not responsible for third-party content or availability.
5. "As is" service
Except where mandatory law provides otherwise, the platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
