Acceptable Use Policy

1. Scope

This Policy applies to all users and to content uploaded, bids submitted, comments posted, and API access. It supplements the Terms of Use.

2. Permitted use

• Participate in procurement processes in your assigned role.
• Provide accurate tender, bid, and compliance information.
• Use open-data endpoints responsibly with reasonable request rates.
• Report platform bugs or security issues in good faith.

3. Prohibited conduct

• Impersonation, fake accounts, or misrepresenting affiliation with government or any organisation.
• Collusion, bid rigging, or other anti-competitive behaviour.
• Uploading malware, scraping credentials, or attempting unauthorised access.
• Harassment, hate speech, or unlawful content in comments or messages.
• Circumventing role restrictions, government-unit boundaries, or pre-qualification rules.
• Automated abuse of APIs (excessive volume, credential stuffing, spam registrations).
• Processing personal data obtained from the platform for unrelated marketing without consent.

4. Enforcement

We may remove content, suspend accounts, notify issuers or authorities where appropriate, and preserve evidence. Serious violations may result in permanent termination and referral to law enforcement.
