TenderTrust platform
- What is TenderTrust?
TenderTrust is a procurement and transparency platform. You can follow public notices, work as a contractor, report local issues as a citizen, or run your organisation’s campaigns, quotes, and private procurement.
- How do I switch between personal and organisation mode?
On the website, open your profile photo in the header and pick Personal or an organisation. On mobile, use Menu → Switch account. Your dashboard, map, and tools change to match the active context.
- How do I join a second organisation?
Ask an admin for an invite code, then use Organisations → Join with invite code (or Menu → Join organisation on mobile). After joining you can switch between orgs from the same account.
- Where do I update my account?
Use Profile for your name, photo, and username, and Settings for notifications and account preferences. These stay with you across personal and organisation workspaces.
- Who can see my organisation’s data?
Organisation members see projects, quotes, members, and branch locations only while that organisation is the active context. With campuses, you see organisation-wide items plus your own campus’s work (parent admins can see all campuses). Government and ward tools are not available in organisation mode.
- Why are some organisation names reserved?
Well-known denominations, charities, and government-adjacent names cannot be self-serve created. Request a claim through TenderTrust admin if you represent that organisation. Self-serve orgs show as Unverified until confirmed.
Suppliers & contractors
- Do I need PRAZ registration to bid?
For Zimbabwe government tenders on the national eGP system, PRAZ supplier registration is mandatory. TenderTrust mirrors public notices and supports civic oversight — bids on TenderTrust follow issuer rules for each tender.
- How do I find active tenders?
Browse the public tender bulletin without signing in. Use filters for procuring entity, PRAZ category, and publish dates.
Government officials
- Who can publish tenders?
Only verified government accounts assigned to a government unit can publish tenders or official addenda in the current MVP.
- Can I link an eGP tender?
Yes. Add external source, tender ID, and URL when creating or editing a tender to deep-link to egp.praz.org.zw.
Citizens & CSOs
- How do I challenge a procurement decision?
Submit a challenge through the Challenge & Review page. Issuers and monitors can track status; this complements PRAZ review processes.
- What can observers and auditors see?
Observer and auditor roles have read-only access to oversight dashboards, public analytics, and integrity signals.
